Your identity is kept confidential whether requested or not, unless the matter is subject to a disciplinary proceeding; referred to or under investigation by the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU), the Georgia Department of Community Health Office of Inspector General (DCH-OIG), or the U.S. HHS Office of Inspector General (OIG); under investigation by law enforcement; or if disclosure is required during a legal proceeding.

Anti-retaliation. Intimidation or retaliation in any form against anyone who makes a good-faith report is a serious violation of BHField's Code of Conduct and is strictly prohibited. This applies to anyone who reports, cooperates in investigations, participates in audits or self-evaluations, or reports fraud, waste, or abuse to state or federal agencies.
